About Me

Hi and welcome to my blog! 👋

I’m a passionate software developer with over 10 years of experience in professional software engineering – mainly working with C#, Java and Python. Over the years, I’ve written countless lines of code, but more importantly, I’ve learned that good code isn’t everything – it’s about the bigger picture.

For the past 6 years, I’ve been working extensively with AWS, building scalable, maintainable, and secure cloud solutions. I’ve deepened my expertise through hands-on projects and recently validated it with the AWS Certified Developer – Associate and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certifications.

A major turning point in my journey was discovering the principles of DevOps. Reading “The Phoenix Project” fundamentally changed the way I think about software delivery. Since then, I’ve been committed to bridging the gap between Dev, Ops, and Business – driven by automation, transparency, and continuous improvement.

What I’m passionate about

  • Clean Code & Test-Driven Development
  • Automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Cloud-native applications with AWS
  • Infrastructure as Code (e.g., using Terraform or AWS CDK)
  • Quality assurance with unit and integration tests
  • Agile practices and DevOps culture

This blog is a place for me to share what I’ve learned, capture my thoughts, and hopefully help others along the way. Whether you’re just getting started or already deep in the code – I’m glad you’re here!

Let’s build better software. Together.

What This Blog Costs

Transparency matters to me — including when it comes to costs. This blog runs entirely on AWS, serverless and as cost-efficient as possible. Current costs are fetched automatically from AWS Cost Explorer every day.
